🔁 Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns for both defective/damaged products and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are not accepted.
• Returned products must be in new or slightly used condition and in their original packaging.

💸 Restocking Fee

• All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee based on the product price.
• This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Products must be returned by mail to the address provided upon approval.
• Please note that international shipping costs may apply.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after supplier approval.
